Acceptance of These Terms

No Export Control Violations: You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to any trade embargo or sanction by India, the United States, or other applicable jurisdictions, and that you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. (For example, U.S. law prohibits use of certain U.S.-based services by individuals in sanctioned countries or by certain specially designated nationals; while Semblu is not a service that falls under export-controlled technology, we include this representation to ensure compliance with international regulations as applicable.)

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by us of any breach or default by you shall be deemed a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach or default. Entire Agreement

Termination

In the event of termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue in effect. If your use of the Site is terminated, you must cease all use of the Site and destroy any copies of materials from the Site that you have in your possession. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site.
